  • To provide a fair complaints procedure which is clear and easy to use for anyone wishing to make a complaint

  • To publicise the existence of our complaints procedure so that people know how to contact us to make a complaint

  • To make sure everyone at Education Planet Ltd knows what to do if a complaint is received

  • To make sure all complaints are investigated fairly and in a timely way

  • To make sure that complaints are, wherever possible, resolved and that relationships are repaired

What is your Cancellation Policy?

  • 48 hours notice must be given to cancel/change the time a lesson; failure to do so will result in full payment.

  • Four weeks prior notice must be given to cancel any learning contract between the learner and Education Planet.

Education Planet is committed to practices that protect children, young people and vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect or significant harm. Our  staff  recognises and accepts their responsibilities to develop the awareness of the risk and issues involved in safeguarding. The company is committed to working with existing Local Safeguarding Officer, Mr M Truman hence ensuring the safeguarding of our learners.
